Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Linkrra — plans, credits, cancellation, and the limits of what we promise.
Last updated 19 August 2026. Linkrra, contact weare@linkrra.com.
What this is
Linkrra sells access to AI models over an OpenAI-compatible API and through the chat on this site. The compute is contributed by independent operators on the Pearl network as well as by us. By creating an account or sending a request you accept these terms.
Accounts
You need an account to use anything beyond the free allowance. One person, one account; do not share your API keys, and tell us at weare@linkrra.com if a key leaks so we can revoke it. You are responsible for everything done with your keys.
Plans, credits and payment
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe for the term you choose — monthly, quarterly or annually. A plan issues a fixed number of credits at the start of each paid period. One credit is one token, charged identically on every model we serve. Credits can also be bought outright, without a plan.
Unused plan credits carry over: one month on monthly billing, two on quarterly, and the whole term if you pay annually. Credits bought outright do not expire.
Automatic renewal
Plans renew automatically. At the end of each billing period — one month, three months or twelve, whichever term you chose — the same amount is charged again to the same card, and a new grant of credits is issued, until you cancel. The renewal date is shown on your account page at all times.
You are not locked in: cancelling takes two clicks on that page and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require you to email us, call anyone, or give a reason.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a plan yourself at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep that time, and the credits already issued stay in your balance. We do not pro-rate or refund a period in progress, and we do not bill you again.
If you were charged in error, write to weare@linkrra.com and we will refund it. We would rather refund than argue.
Acceptable use
Do not use Linkrra to break the law, to generate sexual content involving minors, to build weapons or malware, to impersonate a real person for deception, to harass, or to spam. Do not attempt to extract other customers' data, overload the network, or circumvent rate limits and quotas.
We may suspend an account that does these things, with the unused balance refunded where the law requires it.
The models are not ours, and they are not right
We serve open-weight models built by others. They make mistakes, invent facts, and reflect the biases of their training data. Do not use output as legal, medical or financial advice, and check anything that matters. You own what you send and what comes back, to the extent the law allows.
Availability
This is a distributed network of independently operated machines. We aim for continuous service and do not promise it. There is no uptime guarantee on the self-serve plans; a written SLA is available on a custom contract — write to us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
